'How to push water uphill'- new article

Case
study: NLP Practitioner training at West Midlands Police

officers of various ranks through an NLP Practitioner programme.
The results were startling and demonstrated that there are no limits

Enhancing
communications with the Meta-model
Communication is an important part of most jobs. It's also one of
the most difficult parts to do well. This article looks at how to

from those around you and also help to stimulate constructive thought
for a person whose is temporarily 'stuck'.
Convincers
What does it take to convince somebody? People vary in what's required
before they take you seriously. Some differences can be due to preferences
for receiving information through one sense rather than another,
but there is also the question of how often an idea has to be perceived
before the person is convinced. This article explains the differences,
how to spot them and what to do with them.
Everyone's
a foreigner
When we travel abroad we expect that we will meet people with different
customs, values and culture. What we're less prepared for are the
conflicts and confusions that occur with people we assume to have
the same values as ourselves. This article looks at the NLP notion
of 'different maps of the world' and shows how different people
may express the same value through different behaviour.
It's
about time
This article explores the different ways that people relate to time
and explains why some people are habitually late, others chronically
punctual. It introduces the idea of timelines and some of the personality
traits associated with particular types of timeline.
