Having recently completed the first phase of a multimillion pound refurbishment, the Charlecote Pheasant Hotel can be found in the delightful Warwickshire village of Charlecote, just 2 miles from the M40, on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon. This popular Stratford-upon-Avon hotel is located opposite the National Trust property of Charlecote Manor and Deer Park where, as popular folklore has it, Shakespeare was caught poaching.
The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel was originally the farm house of an estate and much of that charm remains with the buildings. In the grounds is an outdoor heated swimming pool open between June and September and a tennis court for the more active.

Situated out of town, between Kenilworth and Leamington, close to the A46 (Easy to find!) The hotel has recently bee refurbished and has 209 bedrooms, bar, restaurant, leisure club and 500 free parking spaces. Smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Pets at the discretion of the management.

Close to the town centre and park. Recently re-furbished classic Regency style house extended and converted to a 32-room hotel. 10 rooms are non-smoking and pets are allowed (in the bedrooms only) for £10 per night. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press, TV with pay movies and internet access.

Barford is about 5 miles outside Leamington. The hotel is in the centre of the village. It has 39 bedrooms, all en-suite, with telephone, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer. There is also a leisure centre with pool and beautician services.

This is the venue for all the Leadership courses.

Close to town centre and train station. There are 6 rooms, double or twin for single occupancy is £30, for two people £40. There is one single, not en-suite, at £22. all rooms have TV, tea/coffee making facilities. Smokers welcome, pets by arrangement.
